Digital Products and Services
Vempus Technologies Private Limited provides software products, digital infrastructure, and technology services. We do not sell physical products, so shipping, delivery, and physical return policies do not apply.
No Refund Policy
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, payments made to Vempus are non-refundable. This includes software access, digital services, setup work, and service fees.
Cancellation Requests
To request cancellation of a recurring service or active agreement, contact contact@vempus.com. We aim to review cancellation requests within 72 hours.
Access After Cancellation
If cancellation is approved for an active subscription or service period, access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement.
Service Commitment
While payments are generally non-refundable, we aim to communicate clearly, address product or service concerns promptly, and maintain transparent expectations throughout any paid engagement.
